No-No Mediterranean Pillow

Our savory base dough is kneaded with sun-dried tomatoes, olives, capers, and garlic – resulting in a truly Mediterranean taste experience. Excellent as a sandwich base, but also enjoyable on its own.Serving suggestion:
    1. Can be consumed fresh, toasted, or after 30 seconds in the microwave.
    2. If not consumed before the best-before date, the product can be frozen. After freezing, it can be consumed in the following ways:
      • Thawed at room temperature (2–3 hours), optionally toasted.
      • Microwaved from frozen for 60–90 seconds, optionally toasted.
      • Baked from frozen in an oven at 200°C for 6–8 minutes.
Ingredients: Drinking water, sweet potato flour, psyllium husk flour, tapioca starch, Mediterranean mix [sun-dried tomatoes, sliced green olives, spices (garlic flakes, basil, black pepper), sunflower oil, capers, table salt], millet flour, bamboo fiber flour, golden flaxseed flour, table salt, baking soda, antioxidant: citric acid.

  • Due to the lack of preservatives, products not consumed within the best-before period must be frozen. Then consumed according to the usage instructions above.
